Our team provided strategic and program management advisory services to the senior executive of the Agency. The scope of work included managing and reporting on the forward work program for the Agency, running program governance and board activities, and supporting the delivery of over 60 projects. Program Management Office Service Delivery Agency Our team applied user-centred design thinking techniques to the rebuild of the Department's self-serve portal. The team delivered a proven, measured, enhanced response to intranet changes through rigorous user testing, adopting an agile delivery approach, and use of other design thinking techniques. Intranet Re-Design Federal Government Agency Our team worked with HR divisional leadership to deliver a strategic roadmap for HR workforce reporting services. This covered workforce reporting as well as management reporting on the business of HR. The work included: extensive stakeholder engagement, a current state analysis, the identification of high-level reporting requirements, a design of a target state for workforce reporting, and identification of initiatives to mature the workforce reporting services maturity and underlying technology. Reporting Strategy Federal Government Agency Our team developed an ICT Business Management capability within the Agency, reporting to the CIO. This involves engagement across the CIO group’s leadership and operational teams in the definition of ICT services, development of cost models mapped to those services, identification of cost drivers and levers of change, benchmarking against peer organisations and development of cost reduction and service optimisation opportunities worth 10-15% of ICT Opex ICT Service Costing Service Delivery Agency Our team reviewed the Department's current ICT support around public sector grants management and provided business requirements, solution options and cost estimates describing how they would integrate their internal financial management systems with their external providers ICT solution. The report also included a roadmap, and suggestions for reform to their overall operating model driving their ICT requirement. Requirements and Options Analysis Government Department Our team worked with the organisation's stakeholders to design and implement their ICT strategy. The scope of work included: designing, setting up and running the ICT governance forums including a whole of company design authority, redesigning the ICT procurement policy and associated processes, progressing the business case for a new asset management system, designing their customer and CRM strategy, and delivering transparency on the cost of ICT to the organisation.. ICT Strategy, Governance & Business Case Utility Our team worked on a rapid project health assessment for a $100m SAP transformation project that was facing scope, schedule and cost challenges. The report was delivered to Executives within 4 weeks along with recommended actions, a new proposed organisation and governance structure, and recovery implementation plan.
